For the past 23 years, Omar worked for TSP Consulting managing over 200 projects across the spectrum from permitting, civil engineering, infrastructure, replating, and project management totaling over $120M in transaction value. Previous clients include Worley Parsons, Letsos Mechanical, Twin Peaks, Corner Bakery, and Smoothie King. Omar’s venture into the single tenant net lease space started in 2001, where he oversaw and managed the full scope of work for a multi-tenant lease space including a gas station, restaurant conversion, and Smoothie King. Omar started his civil engineering & project management career at Interfiled Engineering Group and worked extensively in replating various projects including townhome development, multi-family, and large shopping centers across the state of Texas. Omar graduated from the University of Houston with a concentration in Civil engineering & Project Management.
